Terms of Service
1. The Service
ICP Lens is a B2B revenue intelligence and account scoring platform operated by FOP Khromushkin Kostiantyn Mykolajovych, registered in Ukraine (registration number 3273705914). The Service allows users to upload CRM export files (CSV or Excel) and receive a scored, tiered Ideal Customer Profile analysis — including account scoring, buyer personas, deal intelligence, geographic breakdown, and an executive dashboard — without requiring a direct CRM integration.
The analysis engine runs entirely client-side in the user's browser. The original uploaded file is never transmitted to ICP Lens servers. The derived results of the analysis — including account names, deal values, and job-title clusters — are stored server-side to power the dashboard, shareable links, and PDF export. Contact names, email addresses from uploaded CRM data, and CRM notes are not transmitted or stored.
2. Accounts and registration
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us promptly at privacy@icplens.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use
3. Your CRM data and responsibilities
3.1 Your ownership
You retain all rights to any data you upload to the Service. ICP Lens does not claim ownership over your CRM data or analysis results.
3.2 Your representations
By uploading data to ICP Lens, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to upload and process the data
- You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals whose data may be included
- The upload and processing complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR
- The data does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
3.3 Limited processing licence
By uploading data, you grant ICP Lens a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. This licence does not include using your data to train AI models, sharing it with third parties, or using it for any purpose beyond your requested analysis.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ICP Lens to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload data for which you do not have legal right to process
- Upload malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or harmful scripts
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the Service
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or row-level security
- Use automated scraping, bots, or scripts to extract data from the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
5. Subscription, pricing, and payments
5.1 Plans
- Starter: $99/month (monthly) or $79/month (annual) — up to 1,000 deals per analysis run
- Growth: $179/month (monthly) or $149/month (annual) — up to 3,000 deals per analysis run
- Agency: $479/month (monthly) or $399/month (annual) — up to 5,000 deals per analysis run, 20 client workspaces, and up to 20 team members
All plans include unlimited analysis runs. Starter and Growth are single-user plans; the Agency plan supports up to 20 team members across up to 20 client workspaces. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
5.2 Payment processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, a Merchant of Record. ICP Lens does not store payment card information.
5.3 Annual billing
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment and save 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before the renewal date to prevent the next billing cycle.
5.4 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually at the then-current price for your plan.
We will send you an email reminder before each annual renewal, at least 14 days in advance, stating the renewal date and the amount that will be charged. For monthly plans, your renewal date and amount are always visible in Account Settings.
5.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings, with no requirement to contact support, call, or complete any additional steps. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until that date, and no further charges are made after it.
Cancelling is deliberately no harder than subscribing: both are self-service actions completed in Account Settings.
6. Refund policy
Because ICP Lens processes your data and delivers results in under 5 minutes, all purchases are non-refundable once an analysis has been completed and results delivered.
We will consider refund requests when: a technical error on our part prevented the analysis from completing; or a billing error resulted in an incorrect charge.
To request a refund, contact privacy@icplens.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the date of the run.
7. Intellectual property
The ICP Lens Service — including all code, design, algorithms, scoring models, template engine, and documentation — is owned by FOP Khromushkin Kostiantyn Mykolajovych, registered in Ukraine under the registry number 3273705914 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You own the analysis results generated from your data and may use, share, and distribute them freely.
8. Privacy and data processing
Your use of ICP Lens is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your original uploaded file never reaches our servers — all file parsing and scoring occurs in your browser via a Web Worker. Only the computed analysis results are stored server-side, as described in the Privacy Policy.
ICP Lens does not use external AI or large language model providers to process your data. All scoring and narrative generation is performed by a deterministic engine running on your own device. Your data is not used to train any machine learning model, and is not shared with any AI provider.
9. Anonymous benchmarking
By using ICP Lens, you agree that anonymised aggregate statistics from your analyses may be used to generate industry benchmarking data as described in our Privacy Policy. The data contains no company names, account names, contact details, or exact financial figures.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ICP Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analysis results are informational tools and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in section 5.5. ICP Lens may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
You may delete your account and all associated analysis data at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is immediate. If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, your data is deleted within 30 days. Backups are rotated within 30 days, after which deleted data is no longer recoverable from any system.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
Where ICP Lens processes personal data of individuals located in the EU/EEA, we comply with the GDPR in respect of that processing. EU/EEA residents retain all rights afforded to them under GDPR regardless of the governing law of these Terms, and may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country of residence. EU residents also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
